Synopsis
Konrad, a nameless servant boy in a small village of the Empire, has one green eye and one gold eye, and the gold eye sees what is to come. His only friend is Elyssa, the landlord's daughter, until visions of her death and the visit of a ghostly rider armoured in bronze drive him into the Forest of Shadows – on the night the beastmen, orcs and skaven come for the village. The first of David Ferring's Konrad trilogy, originally published by GW Books in 1990.
