The warriors of Nurgle have conquered the ancient Adeptus Astartes fortress world of Sabatine and its outlying planets. The Lords of Silence, led by the savage Siegemaster Vorx, have established a new plague kingdom, dedicated to the glory of Nurgle. However, peace and stability rarely last for long in the grim darkness of the far future, and the Death Guard are not as united as they may have hoped. Soon, new enemies begin to circle, drawn by the enclave’s apparent vulnerability.
It’s not just external forces that threaten the Plague God’s newest dominion. Within its borders, old resentments simmer, as Vorx’s desire to create a kingdom of his own clashes with his second-in-command Dragan’s thirst to take the fight to the wider Imperium. Now it remains to be seen if the fragile Realm of Silence can survive the growing threats from both inside and out, or if the gathering tides of endless war will sweep it away as quickly as it was formed.
