Synopsis

The Gothic Sector has fallen under the dark shadow of Abaddon the Despoilers infernal Black Crusade and Imperial forces are forced into a desperate rearguard action. Captain Leoten Semper and the crew of the Imperial Warship Macharius are at the heart of the action where they not only have to make the gut-wrenching decision about which worlds will live and which will die, but also find themselves with no alternative but to ally themselves with the enigmatic Eldar. This omnibus collects both the novels Execution hour and Shadowpoint as well as a comic strip originaly featured in the boxed game the novels are based on.
