Synopsis

A young man travelling to a distant monastery encounters a pair of strange travellers on the road, a wild-looking dwarf and his cultured poet companion. Continuing with his journey, he reaches his destination, only to discover that the sanctuary he seeks may be the greatest danger he has ever encountered. Could his salvation be the dwarf and man he encountered on the road? Read it because It's the only Black Library story by renowned genre author John Brunner and it tells a tale quite unlike other Gotrek & Felix stories, and one that's a must read for any fan of the series.
